We gladly accept New Patients within our office. To get started please call our office at (614) 878-3533 to schedule your appointment. Walk-ins are accepted but to minimize your wait time scheduling is preferred.

Bring your filled out paperwork with you to your first appointment. You will have a few more pieces of paperwork once you arrive. Also please bring your photo ID as well as a copy of your insurance card if you would like us to bill your insurance.
Your first visit with Dr. Covault will revolve around figuring out why you are in our office and also getting an accurate diagnosis for your condition. Your visit will consist of one on one consultation, exam, and possibly X-rays. Once Dr. Covault has a working diagnosis we will begin acute based care aimed at relieving your symptoms. Some new patients will even be adjusted the same day.
A follow-up will be scheduled for the next available day. It is this second appointment that Dr. Covault will review all findings from the previous day and also go over any imaging studies performed. You will be informed of your Diagnosis, working treatment plan, and also your prognosis. Treatment will progress to add more specific therapies to help relieve symptoms and all patients will be adjusted on this visit.
The purpose of the third appointment will be to review all aspects of this new care plan. What’s working…, what’s not working…, how are you feeling…, are you sore from treatment. This information will allow Dr. Covault to assemble the most appropriate care plan for your diagnosis but most importantly…YOU! Every patient will heal at a different rate and that is why we take the first few visits to really get to know how you will react to our care. Once finalized the treatment plan, billing breakdown and insurance estimate will all be provided for your review.
